One of the 29 assessment instruments focused on behaviour, namely, the International Planned Parenthood Federation/Western Hemisphere Region (IPPF/WHR) Screening Questions to Detect Women Who Have Experienced Psychological, Physical, and/or Sexual Violence, or Sexual Abuse During Childhood.  The 4-items of this screening tool were designed to be administered by health practitioners during face-to-face interviews with women seeking health services, particularly at private clinics, affiliates of International Planned Parenthood Federation (IPPF).  It is available in English and Spanish.  This instrument has been widely used in Latin America and the Caribbean.  No psychometric information was located.
