  • Woman forced into vice by boyfriend. The New Straits Time, Malaysia, 29 May 2008. KUCHING: A 27-year-old woman from Kuantan lodged a report yesterday claiming that her Sarawakian boyfriend had forced her into prostitution for the past six years.
  • Sister-in-law lured and raped. The Star Online, 9 April 2008. KUALA LUMPUR: An odd-job worker lured his sister-in-law with the promise of finding a job for her, but instead raped her when she went to see him.
  • Two cops remanded for alleged rape. The Star Online, 2 April 2008. KUALA LUMPUR: Two policemen who were arrested after a foreigner lodged a report alleging that they had molested and raped her have been remanded until April 7.
  • Soldier told to enter defence in rape case. The Star Online, Malaysia, 14 January 2008. A soldier has been ordered by a Sessions Court here to enter a defence for raping a student four years ago.
  • U.S. may alienate Muslims over human trade: Malaysia. Reuters, 2 July 2007. Malaysia dismissed on Monday possible U.S. sanctions over human trafficking and warned Washington of alienating Muslims after it blacklisted mostly Islamic countries.
