The Asia Foundation (the Foundation) in Timor-Leste is implementing the $AUD 32 million Nabilan Program under a Grant Agreement with the Australian Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade (DFAT). The first four-year phase of the program commenced in April 2014. The program has been extended for an additional four years (Phase 2) until June 2022. The Nabilan Program is looking for a Team Leader to manage this second phase of the program. The Nabilan Program’s goal is to reduce the proportion of women who have experienced violence, and to improve wellbeing for an increased number of women and children who have been affected by violence.
