This grant application cycle has now closed.
The SVRI, Sida and our anonymous donor thanks the 329 applicants who submitted proposals for research projects in Africa, Asia, Eastern Europe and Latin America and the Caribbean in response to the SVRI RFP Research Grant: Knowledge for action to end violence against women and violence against children 2021. The Review Committee looks forward to the selection process and welcoming a new cohort of researchers to the SVRI family in 2021!
We at the Sexual Violence Research Initiative (SVRI), through our Knowledge for Action to End Violence Against Women and Violence Against Children research grant, support research to improve prevention and response to VAW, VAC and other forms of violence driven by gender inequality in low and middle-income countries – a major public health concern and human rights violation. These grants range from $40 000 to $200 000 over a two-year period.
