Kudakwashe Nyakunu is a finance and operations professional with over 15 years of experience working across international development and the private sector. Before joining SVRI, he held senior finance and operations roles with international development organisations including Chemonics International and Pact, supporting donor-funded programmes across Southern Africa.

Kuda’s experience spans financial management and reporting, budgeting and forecasting, operations, grants and contract management, compliance, internal controls and organisational systems. He has worked across multi-country programmes and is particularly interested in how strong financial and operational systems can support organisations to use their resources effectively and deliver sustainable impact.

Kuda is a Fellow of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (FCCA) and holds a BSc (Hons) in Applied Accounting, his career has given him the opportunity to work with teams and organisations across Southern Africa. He is also a proud father of three daughters.
