Abstract

This Knowledge Exchange reflects on the lessons learned from the Collaborative Evidence Building for Impact at Scale project, currently being implemented in Sri Lanka, to discuss how we can create truly equitable partnerships. Drawing from the experiences of collaborating with our national partners, Chrysalis and the Family Health Bureau at the Ministry of Health, from the start of the project, the report explores how diverse partners navigated differences in institutional culture, priorities, and approaches. It highlights the importance of shared learning, open communication, and inclusive processes in building equitable partnerships for sustainable change.
