The SVRI Faith & GBV Community of Practice launched the PBK, Faith & VAWG Series with its first interactive session on Wednesday, 15 October 2025 (15:00–16:00 SAST). The session explored the concept of practice-based knowledge (PBK), what it is, how it differs from research-based knowledge, and why it was essential in shaping effective, faith-rooted responses to violence against women and girls (VAWG). Participants shared their own experiences and examples, helping to shape and enrich conversations in future sessions.
