IPV-ADAPT+ Framework: How to Adapt IPV Prevention Programs

Equality Insights Lab and SVRI – with the support of the Swedish International Development Cooperation Agency (Sida) – have developed a new free online course on adapting intimate partner violence (IPV) prevention programs to new contexts, using the IPV-ADAPT+ Framework as a practical guide throughout the learning journey.

Through a series of lectures, fireside chats, and exercises with real-world examples, you’ll learn the key principles of adaptation and explore best practices and challenges to ensure adaptations are ethical, effective, and contextually relevant. The course is designed for policymakers, practitioners, and researchers who want to obtain skills and tools to adapt evidence-based programmes that address intimate partner violence.
