On 24 June 2026 (Africa & the Americas: 9am EST / 3pm SAST) or 30 June 2026 (Asia: 9am SAST / 2pm ICT) join us for the Adaption Journeys webinar co-hosted by SVRI and Womanity.
Adapting a violence against women prevention programme to a new context is challenging. There are many decisions along the way about what to maintain, what to change, and the compromises required. A diverse group of practitioners, researchers and funders, with the leadership of Womanity, put together their adaptation experiences in Adaptation Journeys. The microsite explores the real-life experiences and learning of colleagues who have been through it and grappled with the complexities of adaptation. This webinar is an opportunity to explore adaptation together. You’ll hear from colleagues who contributed their stories, real reflections of what didn’t go as planned and why. There will also be time for Q&A and a conversation about how to continue building the knowledge base on adaptation.
